Two weeks ago a 17 year old passed away from a neighboring city from surgery complications and a tumor. The classmates asked us to host a pizza party in his honor. We did and about 60 youth came to sing, pray, join in fellowship and eat yummy pizza! Pizza is a rare thing in Mexico so they thought it was special to get to eat it! Every Tuesday night at about 6pm is Bible study. There we lead worship, have time of testimonies or giving thanks to God, and study the word. While the adults are doing Bible study, we take the kids out and perform a skit of an Old Testament Bible story. Last week was of Abraham sacrificing Isaac. The kids love the skits and get so excited to watch us act out a story, and this way we can tell the bible stories in order.
